The Department of Life Sciences, Vivekavardhani Degree & P.G. College, Kothagudem, successfully organized Science Quest 2026, an inter-team science quiz competition, as part of the Weekend Talent Management (WTM).
The programme was inaugurated by Managing Director Mr. M. Pranav Krishna and Principal Dr. Ch. Satish, who encouraged students to develop scientific knowledge and actively participate in academic activities.

Students enthusiastically competed in six teams under the guidance of their respective team leaders. The event was coordinated by Mr. U. Sridhar, Mr. V. Sudhakar, Mr. D. Satish, Ms. Charita Pracilla, Mr. Mohan, and Mrs. Sandhya Prasad. Dean Dr. P. Sai Krishna, Academic Director Mr. Kiran, and Administrative Officer Mr. Praveen also attended the programme and appreciated the students' enthusiasm and performance.
At the end of the competition, the winning team of the first round received tokens of appreciation from the dignitaries. Based on their performance, three teams were selected from the six participating teams to advance to the next level of Science Quest 2026.
The programme concluded successfully, providing students with an excellent platform to enhance their scientific knowledge, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
